Modern life is full of hassles, deadlines, frustrations, and demands. For many people, stress is so common place that it has become a way of life.
Ms. Shweta Chaurasia, one of our team members organised a session on the topic, Mental Stress and How to manage the same. Work is generally good for people, if it is well designed but it can also be a great source of pressure. There is a difference between pressure and stress. Pressure can be positive and a motivating factor and is often essential in a job. It can help us achieve our goals and perform better.
Stress occurs when this pressure becomes excessive. She also explained different ways through which mental stress can be dealt .i.e. By having proper sleep, setting our priorities, exercise etc.
